We at the Pleasure club hope that you love everything that you purchase from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item that you are not happy with when you return it to us in a saleable unopened, unworn or unused condition within 21 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. All returned products must be unopened, unopened, unworn or unused and returned with all accessories that were included with your item.
In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal (underwear). If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
If an item is faulty, The Pleasure Club will replace or refund your item at our discretion. You will need to return the items and any accessories that came with it on order for us to fully process the return.
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
When returning items to us, please place your returned and unused goods in their original packaging.
All items that are returned as faulty must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to your customer.
Please Note: That unless products are faulty, The Pleasure Club will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence, we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.
Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy, will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.
Refund process time
If you would like to return an item, The Pleasure Club will refund you within 7 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled to a refund. Please Note: this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 21 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However, if there is more than the returned/faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the post office as proof of postage. The Pleasure Club reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
The Pleasure Club will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Exchanging an item
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at the present time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods.
For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unopened, unused and unworn.
2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day your customer received their order.
5. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods.
